Pool Heater Not Working
The main problem with our stay is that the pool heater didn't work. Even though the pool is indoors, the water was freezing and getting out was freezing. The blow dryer in our room didn't work and the rooms could've used a little more cleaning. More and better breakfast options would've been nice. The ladies at the desk in the lobby were nice.

Bad experience
Terrible. 1st room had dead bugs, they probably froze to death seeing as how the heat did not work. 2nd room had a continuously running toilet, several lights either did not work or were missing the bulb itself. Overall experience was awful. I will not be returning to this particular establishment next time.

Very smelly room after 1st night. Often mist would come through a/c vent sending random odors. Lights between beds did not work. Windows were filthy and hard to see out of. Beds ok, room clean yet could smell someone’s cigarette smoke even though a smoke free motel. Made front dedk aware of all issues. Breakfast just ok

Staff Great. Hotel needs renovation and cleaned
Hotel staff was great. Very accommodating. The hotel itself is in major need of renovation. Cleanliness of bed sheets and pillow cases was not desirable and had stains on both. The shower curtain still had 2 small hand towels at the top of it that had clearly been hung up very wet and dried hard.

all experiences with the staff were pleasant and very cordial. The grounds could use some maintenance. The bedding was very clean and fresh but the room could use some maintenance, perhaps the remodel of the room was incomplete as the bathroom had new tile installed. FYI, you need a better tile installer.

On asking if there was a luggage cart available, was told 'they are probably upstairs..Do you expect me to go knocking on doors to find one?"
