Poor experience
I was disappointed with my experience at the hotel. There was no welcome greeting and the staff seemed cold; the lady at the check-in counter was particularly unwelcoming. During my visit to the fitness center, we noticed several staff members sitting together and chatting, completely ignoring our arrival without offering guidance.
Following the hotel’s recommendation to dine at OXBO restaurant, we encountered several issues. The oysters were served before the white wine, and the wine was not served in chilled glasses. Unexpectedly, the oyster was thin and tasteless. Although we requested that the main course be served separately from the sauces, it arrived mixed together. Additionally, the presentation of the cocktail changed without any notice. We returned one of the dishes, and they didn’t charge us for it. As a positive gesture, they also didn’t charged for that warm glass of white wine.
The following day, the Director of Operations noticed the situation and met with me in the lobby to gather more details.
Overall, I left feeling disappointed by the experience. Hope they can improve.
