Stay away
The hotel was not prepared for a cheer competition in town. The sofa bed did not have sheets on it. None of the rooms had the heat on in the room prior to checking-in. The high was 20 degrees and the room was probably 50 degrees when we checked in. The "fitness center" had a case for towels and water, however there were none and when i asked the front desk, they said they don't stoxk that stuff. Also there was dried blood on the floor. Lastly the breakfast was supposed to be served from 7-9:30, however both days they were out of all hot food by 830 and they said they wouldn't be bringing anything else.

Bathroom had no shower curtain the rim around the bathroom door falling all the way off, filthy cover laid across top of the bed had to take it to front desk at 2am after I returned to my room tired he didn't replace it he gave me a sheet breakfast was a small amount of old eggs that the front desk/ maintenance man cooked he sat eggs out with a lil bread cereal and yogurt just terrible there was nooo housekeepers please take this off your site I dr9ve hours for this hot mess then they had the nerve to hold 150 deposit

Property was filthy. Rooms were dirty. Hallways were filthy mold all around the place lousy breakfast no hot water for 24 hours. Drive to South Bend and go to Also the other La Quinta. You’ll be better off.

The room was filled with defects; a torn counter top, a chair that was torn and worn out, and paper stuffed into the smoke detector. We left for an entire day and our room was not touched. The breakfast was an embarassment, theyran out of food by 7 am. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

Ok so i booked a jet tub king room. I get there and they give me a room with no jet tub. I go and tell them and they charged me $15 more for a room i already booked. Then i get the room and the faucet to fill the jet tub up didnt work. Had to fill it up by the shower which took forever. Then how is the deposit $150 for a $90 room? I wont stay there again

Disgusting!!
They tried to give me a room that was under construction! Then they gave me a room were I couldn’t figure out which smell was worse, the mold smell or the cigarette smell! I left within 10 minutes of arrival, but they still charged 3 times the rate and refused to refund my money…I’m still disputing charges with credit card company!!
