It was very convenient for our purpose and had all the amenities that we needed. We were there for High Country Jazz Festival and students who were working at the desk were very helpful and printed out information we needed.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. Clean and quiet place. The staffs are very accomodating and approachable. It is very easy to request for some things like extra sheets for the pull out sofa or trash bags. The breakfast is good and tasty. Location is near so many convenience/grocery stores and other hotels.

This is our hotel of choice when traveling to Boone because it is reliably clean. Nothing fancy but certainly nice, the room is comfortable, and it's a convenient drive to campus.
