The heater in the room was not working correctly and the heat was unbearable. We turned the fan down to begin and then the temperature several time until at 1 in the morning we finally had to shut the heater off completely

Great stay!
The hotel was very very clean, including the common areas. Jaya took really great care of us, knew the area well and was always very friendly and helpful. The pool is being renovated so that was a bit of a bummer, but we got the suite with a hot tub, so it’s hard to be too upset.

Everything was very good. We had a good, clean room and got a few hours sleep before an early flight. We felt it was a good value all around. The hotel uses the Keck Parking shuttle which was flawless.

Just needed a night stay. Room seemed clean, bedding etc. The place is just in bad need of new carpeting and furniture. A lot of stains on couch and chair in our room. Even a cigarette burn in the cushion. Looked like the mini refrigerator leaked at some point and ruined the dresser, someone tried repairing it.
