We booked a room for five, no linens for 5th person required a front desk visit and at that point they had sheets but no pillows. In addition, we found a cockroach in our suitcase upon leaving, incredibly underwhelmed and disgusted.

Everything was nice only I couldn’t sit that heater or AC unit. It didn’t have buttons or knobs to turn the lady at the front desk was charging $100 deposit cash. I’ve never done that before. Guess she was hoping I forgot and didn’t check out and just walked out, that was super weird
