Great location but lots of ambient noise. Near a road and easy to hear noises in the hall and lobby. That said, room is lovely, comfy bed, microwave. Mini fridge and coffee maker in room, wifi, coffee, water, and lemonade available in the lobby. Comp breakfast included. Great value.

There was a loud, jackhammer type of noise that wasn’t constant, but it was 10-15 times throughout 3:30pm and last time was around 2am. The room was clean, though, but that noise was irritating and interrupted rest and sleep. It wasn’t coming from outside, there was no construction in the area. It kind of sounded like a loud pump maybe like hot water or something but whatever it was, it was loud and disturbing.

Comfortable and convenient.
Pros: friendly and helpful staff, ample parking, good selection for breakfast, pool and hot tub were nice.
Cons: facility showing its age, bathroom fixtures were not ideal, but there was good water pressure and hot water. A/C was loud, but did blow cold air. Carpet seemed musty, but it is a pet-friendly hotel. Overall, it was comfortable and convenient location.

Bed was comfortable and room (king size) was huge. Bathroom was on the smaller size. Parking requires a hangtag - make sure you put it in the car to avoid towing since there is student housing also. Staff was friendly and professional.
