Generally the hotel is good value. Unfortunately there were two things that marred the experience.
1. Our bathroom sink would not drain, which was fairly gross. In spite of asking at the front desk, it was not fixed during our stay.
2. Our room overlooked the busy square which was very noisy until late at night.

The room was small and no fridge. But the overall stay was good. I just expected more because it was a their higher tier room. Top floor, balcony. The bed was mid. I usually stay in American chain hotels because the experience is more consistent and I like to have a fridge to keep my water cold. The view was great. I’ll still go with a four stars because the misses were my fault for not checking on the details that are important to me.

Although the location is right in front of the cathedral, there’s a lot of vagrants, which makes it feel quite unsafe. The rooms are very tiny with no true closet. Space. Property feels very outdated. We could really use some remodeling.
