This place is a great location to be in the middle of the historic center. The rooms with balconies have the best view. It includes breakfast which is the same thing every morning chilaquiles with huevos. The front desk staff isn’t the most welcoming. They need some coaching on what great customer service is and how to make people feel welcomed and valued to be at your hotel. If there is a line of people please acknowledge them and let them know you’ll be right with them instead of ignoring their presence until they are up to the desk. Get off your phone. Also as being part of a bigger hotel chain they don’t have hair dryers in the room which is absolutely ridiculous. Get some hair dryers that connect to the wall instead of making us go down to the lobby and leave an ID for a hair dryer. You would think such a big hotel could afford to do that. It was super inconvenient that I had to go to the lobby with wet hair and still wait in line after people are checking in just to dry my hair. It was almost dry by the time I got back to my room. The security guard at night is the sweetest man. He made me feel very safe and always helped me with the elevator.

Beautiful views of the cathedral and surrounding buildings. Great prices and pretty much everything was within walking distance. Only bad thing I can complain about is, the church bells go off about every half hour, so if you are a light sleeper, this maybe a problem. Highly recommend staying here!

Poor rooms, no shampoo, no lotion, no hairdryer
No iron. The rooms super small and smell super bad. Definitely not the way it looks online.
