Warning! My daughter arrived a day late at this hotel because of a scheduling conflict. The hotel policy did not let her cancel the room, which I understood. However, when she arrived the next day, they told her, her room was give away, even though I told them in advance, via email, she would be arriving a day later. When she arrived she had to fight for almost 2 hours to get the room I had paid for. At check out she was billed the full amount even though they said her room was given away. It's highly unethical to bill twice for the same room for one of the nights. If they billed me for the room, it should have been available immediately upon arrival. Currently fighting charge with my credit card company. Buyer beware
