Bad beds
If you want a bad back then stay at this hotel the bed was very old and the mattress older they move me but had the same problem with the bed spoke to many guests all of them said the same things need to upgrade the beds I will never stay at this hotel till they change the beds

Roach Hotel
Nana Hotel has a serious roach problem! There were always roaches in the bathroom. Pretty disgusting. Otherwise would have been okay. Room was spacious and staff were okay. I got very sick on this trip. Not sure if related to the dirty hotel room. I will not stay here ever again!

Alright for price.
Need to exterminate ants in room. Should have gym/fitness facility. Swimming pool area should be NO SMOKING! There is ALWAYS someone SMOKING in the pool area. There is only 1 usable electric outlet available, otherwise you need to unplug TV or Lamp. Have stayed here many years, breakfast has really become skimpy.

Roaches in the room and bathroom. Noise from outside and A/C. Door to the room unsafe and damaged. Buffet Dining room is dirty. Jacuzzi out of order. Selection of food very limited. Rooms and bathrooms are old and no update and still old key system. The area is very noisy and it is not family oriented area.

This is Nana hotel across the street from Nana plaza, so dont expect Hyatt level or standards here. Having said that, i have been staying here on short Bangkok trips for many years and have always found the hotel suited my needs. The staff are courteous in my experience and the rooms themselves, while dated, are perfectly functional and clean.

I checked in and never slept here or even move my bags inside. There were roaches inside the bathroom. I canceled my remaining days there and requested to get a refund. Expedia team allegedly failed to get into contact with the manger there to authorize the refund. I don’t believe Expedia even attempted. They offered $20 credits for a $100 payment. This is unacceptable. Give me my money back in full.
