A bit Frustrated
The stay was good for almost the entire time but the morning before we were actually due to check out housekeeping knocked on the door at typical time for their daily cleanings well we knew we weren't checking out until the next day so of course i just greeted them assured that they were knocking to offer room freshening and asked them to please bring clean bedding at some point later in evening not to rush or be concerned and that old bedding could and would be ready to be removed from room at time of fresh linens being brought, then when i saw the confused look on her face like she didnt understand or thought i was the one whom was actually confused or "off my rocker " so to say, then she gives a little smile/nod and says you will be out of room in 30 minutes... well i assured her no that wasnt the case but i was going to handle it with Management. But it isnt so much for the mistake but the fact that had i not known that she was given inaccurate information and just agreed with her then i would have been charged for an entire night stay as well as the xtra fees for stay protection but the inconvenience of it would have really probably resulted in the last time my business was received as well as being frustrated to say the least but now we were actually considering the possibility to extend our stay but i am not able to do so.

Its the little touches that make or break.
No Kleenex box? Pizza Hut delivery made a slight sauce spill. Had to use toilet paper to clean the spill. TV service was a bit sketchy although it was signed in to service before I entered. Lots of "Not Available" channels in between. Otherwise, nice place, nice staff, nice experience.

It was a great stay! The desk clerks both at check in and check out were very nice and friendly. The convenient location was a huge plus. The room was very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

It’s a former Best Western that is now a SafeStay. May still be in the BW family but a second or third cousin. The lobby and room were clean, the breakfast average at best (gray sausage and rubbery fried eggs), and 1-ply toilet paper. The biggest issue was I had booked and paid for in advance a NON SMOKING king room.. When we arrived all the non smoking kings were unavailable and we had to take a double queen instead but at the same price as a king. I would have thought a discount for the smaller bed and inconvenience would have been in order but that didn’t happen. Maid service was by request only, too. We were only there for two nights so it didn’t matter all that much. Overall, it was an average stay at a just average motel. If I had paid $50 a night I probably wouldn’t complain but at $110 a night I was expecting better.

I booked my stay a week in advance and paid beforehand. When I got there, they charged my card again. Upon trying to reverse this and correct it, they charged it for an additional night. It was a train wreck to correct it and as the front end worker tried to correct it, frustrated and unsure of how to correct it, the owner sat in the lobby on his phone undisturbed. Couldn’t be bothered. It took days to add my money back. Another woman had the exact same issue. Expedia also booked my hotel THREE hours away from our destination and claimed it was non refundable. Will never do again. No customer service. Good luck
