Fantastic visit! Stayed a whole week. They allowed us to swim whenever we wanted to (when open) even in the rain! Im so grateful! My grandchildren love swimming. Thank you for a relaxing stay! They did amazingly

Room was really clean and the beds were comfortable and the check in staff were excellent. But I felt like the carpet was dirty based on the way my socks looked after walking around. It’s probably true in a lot of hotels, but it’s why I couldn’t give five stars.

Thought i was booking directly with the best western but was thru Hotels.com, the switched the dates for ck in and when i arrived they said it wasn’t till next week my res. Because it was thru hotel.com a 3rd party i was out my entire money i paid. Not happy
