Not the greatest
Room smelled terrible of cooked bacon for the whole first half of our stay. Asked for air freshener and was told someone would have to come to our room to spray it. They never showed. Staff wasn’t friendly at all. The bathtub was stopped up so it held water while you showered. The bed was comfortable and the pancake house was pretty good, a little pricey for breakfast food but it tasted good. Last day of our stay the elevator went out so we had to carry all our luggage down 3 floors of steps. Definitely not fun!

The hotel was nice, room was accommodating. They would benefit from not having carpet in the rooms as it is older and retained a musty odor for being on the beach. The “wood” like tile would have been nice throughout.

Pricing was more than reasonable for a beachfront room with balcony, great views and beach access.
Did give complimentary coffee, but coffee in room was horrible.
Staff was great.
Outdoor pools were excellent, indoor pools and hot tubs need a desperate update. Some of the furniture needed updating as well, beds were comfortable but lumpy.

Love this hotel!
I actually stayed here for my sweet 16th birthday weekend years ago! The balcony was great, the rooms were clean, the carpet could use a deep shampooing but I understand with pools and the beach they get dirty. The indoor pool was amazing for my two little ones to swim while it’s cold! But love the staff, our stay was great!

It was a nice place to stay for one night after we left our condo. I wouldnt recommend for an extended stay. Not enough power outlets for everything. The indoor pool was not very handicap accessible. The door that was accessible was locked and couldn't be opened. I will say the outdoor pool was great and very accessable. Overall, it was nice. I would stay there again but bring and extension cord.
