It was a beautiful place but service was terrible and it ruined a bit of our trip. They sent us a message to offer complimentary service to take us back to the airport but since we booked the same day they sent us back and forth for an answer for 3 days and did not accommodate. I paid for a king bed and we got to our room with two twin beds but we could not go back to this bad service. They spoke to us like they didn’t want to help us. My husband got frustrated and so did I and it just made our stay stressful. The shops were cool but beware they want your money and offer different price so don’t get ripped off. The buffet was amazing and so were the excursions but all staff looks and speaks to you like they are bothered to help. We were told so many things and our brother in law did not pay for late check out but they made us. They told us they would fix all of our issues but took 3 days to give us a solution but did not want to accommodate us.
