Stunning view
We got the romantic suite for our anniversary and it was a beautiful big room. It had a balcony that had a perfect view of the castle. The staff were so nice, and helpful.

Cosy hotel near the castle.
The place is amazing. Cosy small hotel with nice views to the Neuschwanstein Castle. Walking distance to town center and restaurants and shops. Has a spa area with steam room and relaxation grotto. Comfortable beds and very quiet area. There’s a school next to it but we stayed over a weekend, so not sure how noisy it will be when school is in session. For sure will stay again in the future.

Amazing hotel. Room was large and comfortable. Views were amazing. Close proximity to both castles, just a short walk away and a good home base to explore the Bavarian alps. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. Every staff member we interacted with from check-in to breakfast to check-out was friendly and polite. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were fortunate to have views of Neuschwanstein from our room and balcony which was magical. The hotel had parking available and was in walking distance to the castles. Breakfast had many options too. We'd recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

Just wonderful!
Stayed in the "romantic suite" with view of Neushawstein castle from our private balcony. Room was amazing with soaking tub in bedroom that also had castle view. Castle is illuminated at night. Room had large bathroom with huge shower, double sinks with makeup mirror. WC in separate room. Separate sitting room. Very spacious. Bed was very comfortable and had starlights overhead. Excellent, helpful front desk staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Rxcellent enclosed garage parking. Bus to Neushwanstein castle a short walk from hotel. Hohenschwangau castle was a short walk from hotel. Restaurants nearby. Lake with mountains and walking path near hotel.
