The front desk assistant Mrs. Kishia was very nice, warm and welcoming to me and my family. We were traveling for a track and field event. The only issue was with breakfast, the employee was mouthy and irritated about people being down there before it opened. To add to it, no one, I mean absolutely no one asked her one time to open before it started. Even upon telling her good morning, she didn't speak because she was so irritated. She doesn't know what time people had to be at the track. Other than that everything else was excellent.

Noisy HVAC Ruined an otherwise good night
The hotel was clean, comfortable and inviting. The staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast was good. I had only two issues with my stay - first, the elevators smelled like weed. Second, the HVAC unit in room 331 is extremely loud. Kept me awake all night.

This property is in a TERRIBLE location!! Shady stuff happening nightly/daily. We stayed for 4 days and I tried booking anywhere else to get out of this place and was unfortunately unsuccessful. Traffic in and out of rooms all night, not children. Smoking weed, vapes and god knows what else in the stairwells. Watched an employee bring a homeless man through the back very sneakily. Men in masks sitting on benches outside when we returned to our room one of the nights. They have security but he sat in his car with very loud music blaring watching his phone. Motorcycles reving their engines all hours of the night. Also saw the same “ladies” bringing multiple male “friends” in and out throughout our stay. These things kept us up and woke us up all the way till 4 am. The halls smelled of weed and vape. The floors were sticky from syrup and were not cleaned through out the day. Our keys magically quit working after 2 days and we had to have them reprogrammed. Just overall would not recommend staying here.
