Clean, comfortable beds, great snacks, cute rooms, nice bar/restaurant in the lobby, very central. Sadly, Belltown is sort of down in the dumps at the moment, so be mindful if walking home late— this isn’t the hotel’s fault, however, it’s city council’s. But don’t let the aforementioned dissuade you from staying here, this is my new Seattle homebase.

Excellent! Only downside is the noise at night.
Being in the location it was in, there’s quite a bit of noise at night which is expected. Other than that this place was perfect for a night or a weekend stay. So close the everything. The bar/restaurant in the hotel was excellent. Good food/drink/coffee/atmosphere. Highly recommend this place. We will be back

Hotel was in a very good location, close to everything you’d want to do. However, parking was an absolute nightmare. Because of this, I wouldn’t stay here again.

One of my Seattle Usuals, Some Maintenance Needed
I've stayed at this hotel 7 or 8 times now -- it's one of my go-to spots. It's conveniently located, cute as hell (the rooms make for GREAT selfies/cute pictures), and usually delightful! This time, though, things felt a little off. Multiple of the outlets in the room didn't work (I ended up having to charge my phone on the other side of the room because all the outlets next to my side of the bed didn't work) and both bedside lamps were burned out. There was only one robe in the bathroom, too. Additionally, they have replaced all the coffeemakers with Nespresso machines. Theoretically: awesome. In practice: they vibrate so loud that you can hear all your floormates/up-and-down neighbors making coffee in the morning. Very disruptive if you're trying to sleep in! I realize that hotels have their ups and downs, and again, if you want an adorably aesthetic and super cozy hotel, I will always recommend this. But the fit-and-finish wasn't quite there this time.
