Disappointing
We reserved a handicapped room. Did not get that. Offered to change it later but at this point it was only a stay for a day and a half. We were not given fresh towels nor was the coffe e maker working. The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant was very good and the staff very friendly. At the price of the room we expected better care of that. Would not recommend nor would I go back.

Parking was very limited in the area and valet had to use street parking for enough spaces.
There was some dust in the corners of the room.
The valet link sent to my phone didn't allow me to order my car in the morning so I walked down at 6:05am, but they weren't around. I waited a few minutes and they returned for their regular hours of 6am-11pm.
The stay was fine, but I wouldn't choose this hotel again since it wasn't the best overall experience, but maybe common for a downtown Winston-Salem hote.

Stayed at the Indigo while attending an concert
Easy check in. We self parked at a public garage that was near by, approximately 50 yards away. Valet was typically available but they were tied up. My car cost $12 for overnight parking (versus $26 for valet at the same garage not including tip). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no refrigerator in the room and the ice machine was on another floor. Our room was typically quiet but doors opening and closing were audible. The staff was friendly. We went to a concert at the Ramkat, Ubered to the concert and walked back. The return walk took about 10 minutes.

The corridors were super noisy in late night/ early morning hours and I could not get a good night sleep on the two nights I was there.
The coffee machine had dust all over and looked liked was not wiped clean in several days.

Disappointed for the money. Prepaid for breakfast took 30 min to get waited on. Only one server in entire dinning area
Limited menu. Room okay…nothing special. Only 2 bath, hand and wash cloth.Pillows very hard. The location was convenient since we were there for funeral that was walking distance. $27.00 charge for valet parking decided to street park ourselves. Just not worth the room cost.

This was a very peaceful and lovely stay. Most interactions were delightful and hospitable. The front desk woman at check-in was such a kind, patient, and genuinely helpful person! But another young lady assisted our check-out gave off an 'annoyed retail associate' vibe.
The 6th floor rooms were lovely with tall ceilings and modern fixtures. I personally did not like that housekeeping left the hallways messy while they worked. But the room was spotless and I really enjoyed how central and walkable WSNC's downtown area was.

The staff was exceptional, the location was AMAZING, the room was great. The hotel was incredibly clean, you can tell that the staff takes pride in their work. It was a fantastic experience, from end to end; there are a ton of indie restaurants and art galleries. We are looking forward to returning next weekend.

When we arrived the street to the hotel was completed blocked off due to a bike race. We were not made aware of this prior to arrival and it seemed as those the hotel staff didn't know about it. Once we arrived, the valet took awhile to help get our items. When we checked into our room the AC wasn't working and had to be switched to another room. The hallway on floor 3 smelled like weed and so did the elevator. The elevator and floor 3 hallway were very hot as well. My vehicle was damaged by the valet, they didn't let me know about it, I found the damages.
