Location and cleanliness!!!!!

This was our 2nd time staying here. The place is very clean and beautiful. Beds are amazing! The big TV is also a plus! The last time we were here our room seemed bigger, and the shower in the bathroom had better pressure and got hotter. With such a nice shower it was disappointing to experience lack of heat and pressure. I was also disappointed that they didn’t have a pool or a rooftop patio. We did however witness a partial view of the new years fireworks from our room and the city view from our room on the 40th floor was amazing! The location is the best! Westlake center, lots of food options, and a super cheep monorail trip to PacSci Center balanced out the small inconveniences.
