Madrid Marriott Hotel Princesa Plaza

Madrid Marriott Hotel Princesa Plaza

10/10 Excellent
"The Hotel became part of the Marriott chain during the summer 2025. I stayed there in May 2025 & noticed improvement with customer service! There is still construction going on near/around hotel but it did not affect my stay. Room was large, extremely clean, & bottle of water placed everyday! Highly recommend this hotel away from all the crowds of gran via but still very close to walk to!"

"Loved everything about the hotel and the room, with two exceptions. The pros -comfortable bed, refrigerator, desk for working, large spacious bathroom with amazing shower and the unbeatable views from the rooftop. The two cons- automatic light in bathroom that came on in the middle of the night even when nobody was in there and the hair dryer, it would overheat and it took me good half hour to dry hair waiting for it to cool down.
