· The property is not a 5 star hotel even though they claim to be one, due to the below reasons:
1. The lighting in the breakfast restaurant is very dull and almost dark.
2. They give out toiletaries like its gold. Low quality wash gel and shampoo in the name of toiletaries. Also not enough of them. Had to ask every day for more...

Some of the personnel are nice but some of them are not at all interested to the customer needs. The breakfast is amazing and the best of all our stay. It is too loud in the night and not able to adjust the temperature in the room even after the technician visited the room. The swimming
