Very bad experience!!
I was not happy with this facility at all… the room had issues such as the faucet in bathroom leaks and I had to wrap a washcloth around it so I could set things on sink, the floors were very gritty of sand, the drawers to dresser would not stay closed, on my last day the refrigerator started to leak and it was plugged into a extension cord, on 2nd day I ask for clean towels and did not receive them so I ask again on 3rd day finally got them, my daughter ask for extra blanket and was told that housekeeping had gone home would have to wait until morning , my daughter, granddaughter and I were there for a 3 day girls trip and I was hassled about signing up for a time share, we were told that you had to wear the blue wristband to show you were a guest and no one was allowed on property without one, I couldn’t tell you how many people I saw without them, the lazy river was always full of people without wristbands so we never got to enjoy it and I had to pay an extra fee of $20.99 each day for the use of the pool, lazy river and so on, what a joke that was, there is so much more just hard to list everything, I have stayed at a lot of hotels/resorts and this one is one of the worst, I paid almost $1,000 for our 3 day stay and I wasn’t interested in a timeshare but seems like that’s all they pushed there, I will never stay at this facility again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone

With pet. Stayed on sixth floor, long way to take a pet outside with just landscape to use for bathroom. $150.00 non refundable deposit for dog. No privacy on balcony.

The Yeah's and Nay's
The resort was ok. However, the floor in the room felt sandy, one of the kid's water zone wasn't working and there was limited seating in the room for 4 people. The staff was very friendly. However, no one answers the lines for Front Desk nor maintenance. I had to actual go down to the main lobby to get assistance. Yet, maintenance came very quickly.

OK place to stay
Fair accommodations, small rooms, so much smoking around facility so it drifted into the lobby. Staff was generally helpful but don’t expect above and beyond. Called front desk 1x and person answered and was NOT helpful at all, border line rude.

Checked in 20 min early, so that was wonderful. Upon entering the room, bathtub was dirty- called front desk said they would send someone immediately. It was hours before they came and came after we were done at the ocean and pool so we were not about to evacuate after driving 10 hours. Phone in the room was not working Wi-Fi in the room did not work 80% of the time. And Black mold splattered on bathroom ceiling as well. Housekeeping was not available during the stay bc of Covid. But would’ve been nice to have.
