"The staff did extra little things for us which was most appreciated. The view from the rooftop restaurant is very special but on windy days, guests would be well advised to bring a hat and jacket. The only drawback is the location of the hotel as most everything in the immediate vicinity is either closed or under construction. "

rooms are usually also very nice and the ac is working well. this year i was a bit unlucky since my room had only one electrical outlet and the interior design of the room was a bit strange…. I mean if i have a sea view room, why is the couch in a dark corner with no window? I had to move furniture around to make it work. But everything else was great. i would definitely come back!"

I stayed last year in this hotel and again this time, i have the same complaint, No bell boy at the entrance to take your luggages and the reception is in M level so you can’t leave your bags with no attendance. That problem never solved, it is annoying. This is a 5- star hotel with no bell boy or even a conceirge except one running here and there!!!. "

"We had a bit of an issue with our room, which was quickly resolved by the staff by changing our room and giving us an upgrade. Really appreciated that. After that everything was perfect. We did have a bit of an issue with the air conditioning but it wasn't too bad. Definitely will come back. Thanks "
