"Didn’t get what I paid for and the room was mis-advertised. During booking, I paid extra for a double bed but was given two beds pushed together. The room was meant to be soundproof but the noise from the entertainment every night was so loud it was impossible to sleep before they finished at 11pm. The room was near a lift which woke us up every morning. No support from staff when we complained about these things and were essentially told to just deal with it. "We chose the hotel because of the waterpark and that was really fun. The rooms were quite small for us as a family, but maybe we should have taken a bungalow. The rooms were though quite expensive for its low comfort. Food etc was ok. The hotel shows were great and the animations for adults (sport games) were so much fun too. We laughed so much..Mario, Francesco, Valerie etc were just awesome people. The hotel is not attached to any beach, which we usually like..but there was a waterpark....

"The good: The hotel is really nice looking and the bed was comfortable and big. The staff was friendly and polite. The view is amazing from the rooms that you can have a sea view. The bad: No water during check-in, not enough towels. The shower had no air ventilation whatsoever and water was always coming out of the shower to the floor which made it really annoying. Nothing to wash the dishes-the cleaning staff also left kitchen dirty 1 time. Ok: Location is ok regarding what you like to do...

"My husband and I had an amazing 5 nights at Son Granot Hotel. Mario (one of the new owners) told us that they've only taken over the hotel about 20 days ago, so they are really taking on board all feedback. We were really impressed with how the hotel is run for something so new to the management team.
