Charmed

Check-in was easy. Room was well air conditioned, clean and bright. Did have a bit of a problem getting case into room because of positioning of fridge, which was a nice extra, would have been better if it was under the unit shelf.It was easy to get there as metro stop so near and lots of places to eat nearby.

great budget accommodation in Lisbon

A great location, close to the underground and easy to get to from the airport. My Charm is on the third floor.The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were both friendly and helpful. Very good value for money and I will certainly return to this hotel when I visit Lisbon.

Pros: Walking distance to the Metro station. They allow to store luggage before check in and after check out. Comfortable bed. Great shower pressure and temperature. Cons: The hotel needs to train cleaning staff to report to management if anyone has smoked in the room. We checked in late at night and unfortunately they were all booked out so they couldn’t accommodate us with a different room until the following day. We had to sleep the entire night in a room that stunk of cigarette and experienced headache from the smell. I would have left all five stars if we didn’t experience this.

Budget accommodation but clean and well presented , friendly staff .As an old person I struggled to remember all the door lock numbers but got the hang by the second day .Critism about towels fair enough but they are clean .Room and facilities cleaned every day Plenty of supermarket and food outlets nearby just ashoet walk from the metro.

I love staying here, staff and property are great. However, this time I had to cut my stay short by one day due to personal reasons. I booked through Expedia and payed for the whole stay when I arrived. Expedia contacted the property in my behalf, but I did not receive a refund or credit for the unused night. I don’t agree with this policy, or I would give 5 stars.

-The staff at the front desk is professional, they do a quick check in and inform you about the details of the hotel. -The rooms are clean, with modern amenities, and new minisplit air conditioning with heating/cooling option. -Access control by card applies to the floor and room, and there is an access code to enter the building. -The neighborhood has a strong presence of immigrants of many nationalities. -It does not feel like an unsafe environment, the main streets are well lit and there is plenty of traffic. -It is easy to access UBER service. My Charm Lisbon Suites is a hidden gem in this Lisbon neighborhood.

I liked the proximity to the train station and to the airport. Dining options are great - across street is an amazing restaurant but the room we had was tiny with a horrible improvised cot that made my body painful next day...but was a charge for it :(
