OK but lots of room for improvement
Staff was not around when there were 5 guests including me waiting for check in at 8PM. They only left a sign asking guests to call a local phone number if they require assistance. Why does the hotel expect guests to pay mobile roaming charges to request staff just to get checked in? Luckily one of the guests called and was able to get someone help us after 30 minutes of standing. For the room, chairs and sofa were dirty and had stains over them. Otherwise, room is bigger and better than the Moxy Frankfurt East Hotel right beside it. I believe they are updating the hotel at the moment as construction works started around 9PM and woke me up. If I was going to check out late and rest a bit more I would be very annoyed. Breakfast is definitely not worth paying for. There is only random pastries, some vegetables, cereal and filtered coffee in a pot? No hot plates? Come on...

Nice clean room. However towels felt super used and old. No water in the room. No basics like body lotion or even an iron. No telephone either. The restaurant at dinner time was closed for a week private event. Unfortunately no takeaway options at the hotel were available either. Shame as it would’ve been great to have an option to take food upto the room/room service

Very disappointing...
The design of the hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. A part from that, the rest was disappointing. The shower was very difficult to use, the knob was nearly impossible to turn. Once turned, boiling water started pouring out. I had to use towels to avoid burning myself and to finally manage to stop the shower. The breakfast was ridiculous. I respect the idea of only serving vegan food but if that is the case, it has to be good. Unfortunately, it wasn't the case and the lady serving it was rude. The self-service coffee was literally hot water with no taste and when we asked for a real coffee we had to pay for it (although breakfast is 17€!!). My colleague asked for sugar but they didn't have any. Needless to say that we did not go back the next morning (although we had already payed for it)...

The staff was very nice. There was a party book at the only bar/restaurant in the hotel making the whole hotel off limits for the most part. It went against the vibe they wanted us to feel which was a community there. We weren’t comfortable at all due to this. It should be thought of before booking a party that this will cause a big issue for guests.
