Spa treatments are NOT private!
I was extremely Disappointed with the Spa services. I was told that the outdoor Spa was supposed to be relaxing with the sounds of the ocean in the outdoor cabana. BUT I was NOT able to get the full experience with all the noise and activity JUST OUTSIDE NEXT TO THE SPA TABLES!!!! I expressed my concern both at the time of the service as well as afterwards. I feel that I spent way too much for the upgraded treatments that did NOT deliver as promised!

10/10 recommend for family vacation spot!
Our stay at the Sheraton was amazing! We had a ground floor room with a lanai. The room was clean and spacious, and my kids loved playing around on the large grass area outside. The lazy river pool with a small slide was a hit. You can walk right onto a swim-able beach and rent patio chairs and an umbrella which made beach days perfect! The hotel location is walkable to many great restaurants and Whalers village. Everything we needed was at our fingertips.

The Sheraton is a very well kept property. The staff is very friendly and prompt. The Luau is fantastic! If you have a vehicle while staying at the Sheraton, be aware of the Luau nights. Valet gets super busy, so you are better off self parking. This is a resort, so there are a lot of kids here. We stayed from Dec 26 to Jan 2 so during a peak vacation time for families.

It was clean and the front desk staff were helpful. I would like to see more dining options and more activities and amenities. The game room was closed during our stay and the tennis and pickleball was never available. There were many people from outside using pools and pool chairs so the pools were always crowded !!!

I booked and Ocean Front room based on the photo off the Expedia AND THE SHERATON website. It shows a view directly over the beach. Despite multiple inquiries and dissatisfaction, (and a variety of unsatisfactory answers) I was placed in an Ocean View room, located behind cabanas, the pool, and the beach bar. The $40/day “Resort Fee” had no impact on the $100/day fees for umbrellas and beach chairs or expensive snorkeling equipment. The Happy Hour music from the beach bar was too loud.
