Jermaine at the front desk was amazing! He was so cool under pressure while needing to deal with many things at once! The restaurant staff was also great, and they made sure they got my food order in before the kitchen closed at 22:00. The room was very quiet, the bed was soft and comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep before flying out the next day.

My stay with Doubletree was good. It was very nearby to the Airport. The Shuttle service was good. They can provide the big size Shuttle Vehicle instead a of a 10 seated Vehicle. Most of the guests has the same flight schedules to catch up are not able to use the shuttle. Lift conditions need to be maintained as well. Mostly one of the lifts are not working.
