We have been staying at Stanford several times a year for over a decade now, It was a home away from home for us, being a Disney family with AP/Magic Keys it was our spot, But like many things they change throughout the years some good and some bad, Stanford has definitely changed for the worse and don’t really seem to care about their guest much anymore. The rooms are not cared for as they once were and the bandaids they put on much needed repairs are just that temporary at best, They raise parking prices and even change the time breakfast is served without any notice to the guest! Breakfast used to be a 6:30am and us now at 7am, 30 minutes in the early morning is a big deal to a family who likes to rope drop! I could probably just deal with these changes and roll with it but the one thing I can’t roll with is poor customer service and very rude front desk staff, We pay a premium price and expect premium service but after the last several stays we have seen service and overall quality severely declining, It’s sad but going forward we will be trying other spots to hopefully find our new Disney home! So buyer beware especially if you got a family this may not be the best spot to make your memories.
