Smelled like smokers stay here
Stayed for a quick night to attend a wedding. Hotel is conveniently located right off of the highway. Ample parking and felt safe. This hotel is pet friendly. Check in was quick but upon getting off on our floor I got a quick wiff of smoke. Walking into the room I decided to go back down and ask for another room. It smelled like they tried to mask the smell of marijuana in the room but failed. It was good for a quick cheap night’s sleep but wouldn’t stay here for more than that.

Elevator not operating
Stayed here last year and had a nice stay with no issues, so I booked it again and recommended to friends. There is construction going on and the elevator is not fully operating. There was no mention of this at all when booking or at check in. We were able to take the elevator up but the buttons to call the elevator down on floors 2-3 were either missing or taped over. I tried taking the elevator up an extra floor to see if we could go down from there but the elevator never came up either. We had to drag our bags down 3 flights of stairs and then at the main level, the door was blocked off so we had to go outside and walk around the building to get back into the lobby. It was crazy. What would a disabled or elderly person do? This hotel should not be operating under these conditions. Very disappointing.

Thia is NO Grand Budapest Hotel
All the furniture appeared to come from tag sales. Carpets were stained and dirty, and a baby roach carcas was found in the bathroom. The hotel is run by one foreign family which means no one is certified or qualified to run a hotel.

Bad stay
I do not recommend this comfort inn location. The Internet kept going out which was not good at all. We were not allowed to bring the breakfast meals out of the dinning area,which was not right at all seeing that we paid over 300+ for the room.The employees were not very helpful and it seemed as if the hotel/rooms were not being cleaned in a timely manner. We were not happy with our stay or service that we received.

**** Rude Staff and Hygiene Problems ****
The staff are very rude and don't know how to check in, their English is poor. The hotel generally has hygiene problems, the bathrooms and rooms are dirty, the air conditioners are dusty, the walls are leaking and the bathroom is terrible. I'm not even talking about the sheets and pillows! Also there is no soap and shampoo in the bathroom and they only give one towel. I stayed here because there weren't many options in the area but I would never stay here again, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
