Not sure how this hotel is an 8.6. Definitely more like a 5/10. Replacing hallway carpeting (credit for making appearance updates). Room and bathroom worn and dated. Stains on sheets. Tub doesn't drain while showering.

When we arrived at check in time our room was not ready. So we had to wait another hour 1/2. When we did get in our room it still was not clean. We then had to wait for the maid to finishing clea ing This is understandable.

All around superb.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. Room had a fridge and freezer as well as microwave, and coffeemaker. Nice and quiet at night, staff was friendly and courteous. Will definitely stay here next time passing through.
