Quiet and Clean
The room was very clean. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I got a room on the ground floor so no climbing stairs. They were very nice concerning my little 15 year old Chihuahua traveling with me. It's right next to the interstate but I didn't hear any noise. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I woukd stay there again. I'm a middle aged woman traveling alone with my little dog so safety is a concern for me. I was comfortable here and room service was polite also.

it was very dirty, every sheet and towel had a stain on them. there were little cockroaches EVERYWHERE. microwave had mold and fridge/freezer was rusted and moldy as well. bathroom did not even get cleaned before we came in.

Clean and serviceable
I booked because it was a great deal, so I was prepared for it to be not so great. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and fresh, and my request for no servicing of the room during my stay was honored (I have had my room touched up when it didn't need it before so this was very nice. The only complaint I have was that the bed frame was some sort of metal thing that sort of looked like a bathtub, and made a noise sort of like rattling a large aluminum sheet when you moved around on the bed. Otherwise my stay was pleasant and uneventful.
