Honestly, I selected this hotel based on the price but also on the very high reviews. When I arrived with my reservation, the front desk person was phenomenal, and when I happen to mention that the hotel had such high review she turned and smiled and said we work real hard for our reviews we really want our people to have a good day. And we did so thank you very much I would recommend this hotel to anyone anytime in next time I'm in this area that's the hotel I'll be choosing.

Pleasantly surprised!
We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. We were in town due to a family member being hospitalized. The proximity of the hotel to the hospital was perfect. Highly recommend it if you find yourself in similar circumstances. The only negative is the mattress is pretty firm for my liking, but my boyfriend found it comfortable, so not really a negative, more personal preference.

Our stay was not up to reviews we read. The traffic pattern coming from I-77 had you driving into oncoming traffic headlights with poor lane markings, The parking lot entrance was small (for our F550) and the area felt very City. Breakfast was limited and the staff was less than attentive to guests. Not a bad stay, just not what we are used to as frequent business travellers. Looking ahead we'll pay a few more $$ for the better stay.

It was not clean and the area is very loud especially for bottom floor. 3:00 am water dripped from the ceiling on my wife’s head and we were gone by 3:30. I asked for a refund and have not heard anything yet. Shania was very nice and sympathetic on the desk but she said she could not issue refunds. Will wait a couple of weeks for contact

The complimentary breakfast was small but good. The staff was accommodating. The bathroom was not very clean. Dirty washcloth left on top of the shower curtain and blood stains on the shower curtain. My daughter found a rolled up piece of gauze and Band-Aid in the bathroom floor. A clean bathroom says alot for a place in my opinion.

Lobby - decent. Check in took 20 minutes. . The male front desk staff didn’t know how to use the computer. The woman was just sitting not offering her help. The room - outside there was a foil baking dish infront of all rooms I believe to absorb whatever liquid comes out from air conditioner. Ingenuous but eye sores. I thought they were mouse traps. I wish I took pictures. That was the first impression. Consequently, it ruined the experience. To lock the door, I had to kick it. Shower cap only covered top of the head. Shampoo was used. Tub did not drain
