This hotel offers a great experience in terms of room size, bed comfort, and amenities. The spacious guest rooms and the large, inviting outdoor patio on the 5th floor were definite highlights. However, we were disappointed with the restaurant—specifically breakfast—which didn’t live up to the value of the food and beverage credit.
The major downside was the elevator connecting the street level to the main lobby. It was frequently out of service, causing frustrating delays. On one evening, the issue led to a line stretching out onto the sidewalk with guests waiting to go up. This recurring problem significantly impacted the overall convenience of our stay.
