Construction starts early on sundays!
How tall is construction going on. Normally not a problem but they allow the construction workers to start work at 7 AM on a Sunday. I was woken up at 6:30 AM by loud talking, glass, breaking, and noise by the construction workers outside of my hotel window. The toll started up at 7 AM promptly. I wouldn’t stay here for the time being unless you don’t mind being woken up on the weekend that early in the morning.

This was our third stay at this hotel, but we won’t be back in the future — the hotel is being renovated but has taken no steps to shield guests from the negative impact of renovation. Parking was extremely competitive, there was a ton of noise at all hours of the day and night, and the room was shabby. All of this, plus an extremely unfriendly front desk clerk, meant that the stay was extremely overpriced for the experience provided.

I didnt like how i booked the place for its courtyard only for it to be close and driving in felt like it wasnt even open with all the construction going on. They dont even offer complimentary breakfast like every other hotel free breakfasts in the morning was always the best part of staying anywhere. I know now i will never stray from the hiltons again.

Camping at a Hotel
Brought my teenage son and his friend up for the weekend for Busch Gardens, booked a King Suite with a sofa bed so everyone could sleep comfortably. Paid in full for our room and when we arrived we were NOT given the room that was booked. It was a King with no sofa bed, nor did they have cots available. They brought extra pillows and blankets … because someone had to sleep on the floor. I asked several times for some other type of accommodation, and kept being told they were completely booked.i reserved the rooms and day and we most certainly could have went somewhere else to accommodate our comfort in the night. Terrible

Great location
The hotel is under construction so i had to drive around 3 times trying to figure out where to enter. While the hotel was clean and tidy, the exterior is a mess. Had I have known it was under construction, i would but have booked a room. Also, while my room was clean, the carpet needs to be replaced. It's dirty and fraying all around the edges. The location was perfect and no issues with parking.

Very comfortable and updated. Room was clean and the shower was outstanding. Bistro offerings very pricey. We chose to eat elsewhere. The pool area of the property was being renovated but it was not an inconvenience. Our only concern was our outdoor access to our room was in a poorly lit parking area to the side of the building; and, there were a number of people loitering at the construction site talking loudly. Since we arrived after 8pm in the dark, we opted to park on the other side of the building. The Front Desk gal was very pleasant and welcoming
