Worse than it looks in the photos

Checked me in early. Sheets were dirty. Shower is only half enclosed with a glass shower door so when you shower, water sprays onto the bathroom floor. My wife found a used condom on the floor. Shortened our stay. The TV was a good size. Not a good value for us.

Revivol Scottsdale studios

We hit a bit of a snag in the beginning. The lady at the front desk had a horrible nasty attitude. Very judgemental towards my husband and I and our one year old. There was a lady who heard everything going on and helped us and we believe she was gods angel . Super grateful for her. (She was a guest). The cleanliness and how nice the hotel is I would give 5 stars . But as for the employees. If I could give them a 0 I would. Definitely need a better front desk lady !

Visit to see our daughter

The hotel parking lot was under construction but everything else was great. We did not know that there was a Harley ride going on the weekend we were there but besides the 1st first night ever thing was good. The pool and hot tube were well kept and front desk customer service was very nice!
