Good hotel!

Good hotel. Amazing location. Rooms are okay and somewhat outdated compared to higher end hotels. But you go to Vegas for the experience, not the rooms!

Hot water went out for qbout 15 hours, got sent on a wild goose chase to find a package I had delivered, plenty of room service options, horrible tasting coffee

Service was just OK

additional "resort fee" $120 + $35 per night parking fee needed to be mentioned on hotels.com We didn't get our king bed room we reserved, without an apology from the front desk agent. Overall Check in process was unwelcoming, not a great part of our vacation.

My stay started with Hotels.com double charging me for two reservations and tying up my money with a refund that takes 3-5 business days and needed that money to continue with other travel!!!! Don’t even know how to rate this…

Booking a room with the name including the words “king size bed”… does not guarantee … a king size bed. We told the reception desk that it was unacceptable. They gave us a 100$ credit. With the price we actually paid for the stay… it was laughable.
