Rundown

We arrived Saturday at about 2:20 I asked Gloria at the front desk if we could check in early, she said no, we had to wait until 3 o’clock for the other girl to arrive, because she was so busy according to her. It seemed to me, she was on the computer, fixing mistakes, but it couldn’t have took her that long to check us In and then continue fixing her mistakes. Instead by the time. 3 o’clock came. There was a very long line waiting to get checked in. The girl that check us in was very polite. I did not get her name, but she needed the computer Gloria was on, and Gloria refused to move to a back computer. She said she had two more transactions to fix. The line to check in was very long. Overall, the hotel looks rundown. The walls of the room were dirty. Not the best experience. I would not stay here again.

I personally did not enjoy my stay here. The pictures are deceiving. The lady at the Front desk was rude. I didn't catch her name. When i got into my room it smelled funky and there was cobwebs throughout the place snd i killed a few spiders.the floors creeked and i couldn't open my window or balcony door . Anywho i won't be coming here again..

Have stayed here before because the pricing is affordable and easy access to the fwy unfortunately the light switches are dirty the shower had mold and the sink did to. I don’t think we will be back

The hotel's room they give us was not the cleanness. The room corner, the sofa and the bed spread appeared they have not been clean for months. The iron was used by the previews person staying in the room she/he burned the carpet with it, left the iron in the closet and the person who "cleaned" the room did not noticed it? common! Good thing I have videos of the room before we used it. I never like to give a bad review but hopefully they use this review for improvement because its a beautiful place.
