The first room we were checked into had a huge cockroach on the bed as soon as we walked in. We walked right back out. The front desk lady was super nice amd accommodating. Checked us into a different room. The 2nd room had empty shampoo/conditioner bottles. Thankfully i bring my own. The building itself is outdated and could use some work. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. So it was what it was

Old, dirty, and stinky!

They offered a check in online link but the hotel said they don’t know anything about it. So I wasted time checking in twice. The online reservation said check out is noon, but hotel says 11am. The whole place is old and falling apart. The room is dirty, no tub stop to give my kid a bath. The microwave looked clean until you looked inside at the top! The bathroom stinks and the room has a weird stinky odor.

Our stay was comfortable. The Continental Breakfast was nice. My only two issues were the pool didn’t have water in it yet. Also we didn’t need our room cleaned, but asked for clean towels. We were told by the front desk they were only available during a certain time frame in the morning. This was very disappointing since we needed clean washcloths and couldn’t get any.

Don’t recommend

Beds were comfortable and room was decent size. Water pressure and temperature were good, breakfast was decent. The hotel smelled, it was old, rundown and dingy. The bathtub did not drain while you were in the shower. It filled up about halfway. Toilet paper rolls were almost empty and there was no extra so we had to get some from the front desk. The staff was not the friendliest and hard to understand, didn’t speak very good English.

Bad hotel

Once I got there I booked online , took for ever to give me my room & also asked for $100 deposit where online did not mention. Now I have to wait 3-7 business days until I get that money back. Then when we got our room it smelled so bad it smelled old & like if birds stayed there. The blankets were rough and cold , there was holes in the wall black stains not sure if it was mold. Breakfast was cheap asf & hard and nasty. There was a sign that said to ask the desk about coloring for the children the lady was rude said that promotion is old , then take off the poster. It was 10:30 check out was 11am online said 12pm. The lady make and bother my family in the room already kicking us out even if it wasn’t 11am yet. I will not recommend to book here

Not good

We got there and the first room we were given the AC was not working and we walked into room temp in the high 70s. They couldn’t fix it. Made us move to another room where the TV service was so bad we couldn’t really use the TV. In the morning when we were getting ready there was no hot water. The hotel needs remods. The breakfast was very subpar. No good.

Cockroaches yuck

The hairdryer practically started a fire. They have 2 inch cockroaches. They would not offer any extra towels or wash rags. There were only two wash rags and two bath towels and one of those bath towels. I wouldn’t even call a bath towel closer to a hand towel we went down to request more and they said no There was two caffeinated copies and two decaffeinated. My friend went down, asked if we could trade in the caffeinated and the decaffeinated for all caffeinated and they said no on that as well. The bed was comfortable, but that is the only thing good about this place. It’s dirty and they do not want to accommodate. We will not be coming back.

Our Stay at the Baymont

Everything was fine but there was no hot water. I told the clerk upon check out and was told no one else has complained. Which I thought was a little cheeky. Also I had a credit card on file but yet they wanted a $100 deposit.That seemed strange for a high end hotel. The hallways and doors need cleaning and painting. But the furnishings were up to par.
