Not a happy camper
The day we arrived, my granddaughter sat on the right side of the bed on the right side in the left side of the bed pulled up. We went to the front desk, but they didn’t have any maintenance on staff until in the morning to fix the bed later on that day, my granddaughter went into the bathroom to use it, and there was a roach on the floor. She killed it and brought it to my attention. I went back to the front desk and she asked me to bring the roach to her which I did and she agreed that it was a roach. She then told me there was nothing she could do till the manager came in the next morning And would look into giving me a credit on my room, but because I reserved the room through hotels.com. The only thing they did was give me 5000 points on my Hilton account. The manager told me she would give me enough points so I could at least get one free night at the Hilton 5000 points does not give you a free night when I first went to the front desk about the bed the girls seem to have a little bit of an attitude when I came back about the roach her whole attitude changed.
