When I made my reservation for a family of 5 with 2 queen beds I sent a message and asked if there was a couch or something for the 5th person or if I needed to request a cot, it said the room sleeps 5. Never heard back. Sent a message through the hotels app asking again. No answer. It was going to be late when we arrived and I wanted it ready if we needed to request a cot. Tried the chat feature, again no response. When we got there- they have app check in so you don’t have to go to the front desk which is good because the entire stay I never actually saw anyone at the front desk. Went to our room, nothing but the 2 beds. Called front desk- was told that’s all there is they expect 2 adults in 1 bed and 3 kids in the other. Apparently doesn’t matter if the kids are older. Also was told we can’t have a cot due to fire code. I explained how many times I had attempted to address this, and he told me that he’d write down my complaint for management and hung up. So on top of squeezing into the queen beds like sardines, terrible service. Toilet barely flushed, had to hold it down. Shower was difficult to operate and didn’t have a smooth stream. There was what appeared to be spaghetti sauce all over the window. Toilet paper and Kleenex ran out - there’s no way they were replaced before we got there. Won’t be going back. And no management must not have cared about my complaint regarding our bed situation because I never heard from them.
