I flew into Birmingham with no information about checking into this property, after numerous phone calls that just went through to a receptionist who could not get a hold of the property owner I received a "confirmation email", in this email it stated a completely different property. I eventually got some emails back stayed I had been double booked and they were putting me in this place (it was 30 minutes walk away) which entirely did not work for me. We ended up having to stay here for the first night and then moved to the original property but in the shared bathroom room. Which I was told I would be compensated for, which I haven't been yet and don't think will ever happen. The place itself had many issues in terms of cleanliness and black mold but honestly after everything it was the lesser of the issues. Towels were never replaced, just picked up off the floor and hung back up, shower keeps clogging so had to turn water on and over in order to not flood the place.
In the process of getting a refund.
