The hotel is clean, decor is modern and staff is responsive. Breakfast is decent, with limited selections. The biggest negative was one of the two elevators was out of service during my entire stay (3days). So its unknown how long it was out. The wait times were crazy, sometimes 20 minutes or longer. It should not take days to repair the elevator.

Family vacation fun
Hotel is a little older and rundown. But location is great! One elevator was down so having one elevator for 16 floors with a bit stressful during breakfast time. Multiple times waiting for an elevator and it was full. Pool is closed. We’re not really swimmers anyway, just for families to know would be good. Breakfast was OK but very crowded with not enough tables. But they did try very hard to get tables cleared off in people moving. Was also really hard to find the hotel when we were booking our Uber. Not sure why it was so hard to get it to come up. Took us several tries, and then the Uber driver had a hard time finding it.

Woman at check in was HORRIBLE! Could not answer questions, gave bad information, completely didn’t care! Room was nice and clean and comfortable but really noisy from outside traffic and construction all night. Would not recommend and would not stay there again on our next visit to Miami.

We where last here during Covid 19 (2021) where things were starting back up. Now things are in full swing and it still sucks. At least we didn't get microwave breakfast sandwiches half warmed.

It Did the Job
For our family of five, it was a fine hotel. There was enough space for all of us and our bags. We were staying for a two nights before a cruise. It was walkable distance to most things. The pool closes at sunset and that was a bit inconvenient. The included breakfast was just okay. It had a few options, but nothing to write home about. It did not have a laundry room like I was hoping. The staff were helpful and nice. Be aware they do take a $250 deposit when you arrive, so make sure to budget that in if you need to.

When Checking in the host was not welcoming. The room was very small. Only had two towels and not enough toilet paper. Called front desk twice and no one answered. Went to the front desk and they were just sitting there. Will we stay again a strong NO.

Noisy hotel.
It's noisy. You can hear all the cars outside, especially considering that Miami tends to have high-powered cars that are noisy. The AC is very loud, too. They don't receive Apple Pay, so it was hard for me to pay with the card I needed. The room cards get deactivated every day because putting them next to the phone or other cards resets them, which is really annoying (I have never had this before with other hotel cards). So we were required to go to the front desk every time.
