Dec 8, 2025The people who work here are what shines here. They are so kind and helpful. I called down because i wanted an extra chair for my grandson and they were up in minutes! I couldn’t figure out the bath and they sent someone up immediately to help! I stay in hotels at least 30 times a year and I can tell they take pride in what they do. The room was spotless. The location was perfect! The bed was cozy! This is a great place to stay!

Mar 30, 2026Old property, shows wear. Couldn't tell if lock was engaged on door. Even though it appears they make efforts to keep it clean, a bathtub that shows its age will never instill confidence. Towels, although clean, were old and more the size of a generous handtowel, not a bath towel. A/C worked but was loud, couldn't sleep while on. Mattress felt aged. Lovely man checked me in. 'Breakfast' was not something I would eat, instant coffee, packaged pastry. Wouldn't stay again

Nov 9, 2025Customer service is not the best. Also had fire alarms going off multiple times around 5am. Their "breakfast" is a LIMITED spread: muffins, cereal, coffee and orange juice. Definitely better than nothing, but super bare bones and minimal effort. The rooms themselves weren't bad, although I was assigned to a second room when the room key to my first room wouldn't work to open the door. Location is right off the I-10 so it's got quick access to freeways. There's a smoke shop and dispensary on the same block as well if you partake as well as a 24hr waffle house right next door!

Nov 17, 2025No place to hang clothes(No hangers in the room), No tissues, no suitcase holder, old tired dresser and old tv and patches in the walls. Shower water temparature did not adjust and was too hot. Needs major upgrades to vbe a viable option in my opinion. A Beat up old hotel not refurbished and behind a strip club. Poor access and breakfast was not very good. Seemed like a good deal upfront but was far less than expected. Probably was better when it was a Ramada before this current name. Not great for $100+ a night. Good location was a postive.

Mar 6, 2025My room was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. In my opinion, the accommodations are fine if you are not traveling with children. It is behind a cabaret lounge business which gets busy at night and you have to drive through their parking lot to access the hotel entrance. Staff is limited and there is not continental breakfast, but packaged breakfast snacks for on-the-go situations are provided. There is a Waffle House diner that shares the same lot if you did want a hot meal for breakfast. Overall, based on the price and due to my stay being brief, business-related, and because I was not traveling with my family , it met my needs.

Feb 16, 2025Bed sheets appeared clean, had a cigarette burn through sheets. Bathroom was filthy, tub and shower curtain had not been cleaned in multiple stays. I wore my sandals in the shower. 2 hand towels, no bath towels. The hotel is behind a strip club, do with that information what you will. Entrance to room is from outside like a motel. The staff at the front desk was nice and check in went smoothly. Other than that, i wouldnt stay here again.

Feb 15, 2025No tissue in the room. Breakfast included was snacks. Would not give an extended check out when the check in was midnight. Tried saying they were fully booked but i checked and they were not. Tried to get a printed receipt feom them and they refused

Mar 24, 2024Hotel website is a lie. No breakfast. Pool and hotub not heated, property poor condition. Photos not reflective of current condition on the property and rooms. Internet spotty at best, TV cable not working, non working hair dryers, bathroom in poor condition. Disappointing hotel
