We arrived late due to work. Once we got checked in and to our room, we unfolded the pull out couch bed and there was food, dirty paper towels and looked like a murder had happen on the mattress!! I went straight to front desk, told him what was going on and asked if we could get a new mattress? He followed us to the room and checked it out and said "yes im very sorry this is unacceptable" but then asked "can i just get you a new cover for the mattress?" Ummm no u may not! Id like a different room or we will be leaving! He moved us to a new room no probably. The new room was only a double bed and we made it work but this room had food on the floor between bed and wall, there was someone elses toothbrush is the bathroom, and it had looked like the sinks hadnt even been cleaned! But we didnt say anything, just delt with it.
The breakfast wasnt great either! They had a juice machine and all the juices were sour! Im sure expired, the jelly was expired as well.
We were in town for a ball tournament so didnt spend anytime in room, only to sleep but more than likely, will never stay here again
