Not so great stay
Upon check in and check out in the morning, staff wasn't the friendliest. I tried to book online with my Hilton honors account and couldn't so I booked with a third party and when I asked for my free waters because I am a diamond member, check out staff argued with me about charging me for the water in our room. We asked for a quiet floor and room as we traveled for 14+hrs and it was so noisy until after 11:00pm and the bed was as hard as a rock. It was like sleeping on the floor. Not sure what the hang up was this trip as we have always had friendly service.

Spoke with someone on the phone about which room to reserve thru the app that had the options I wanted King bed Large tub Snacks Breakfast included I was instructed a king accessible would fit that. When I got there I was informed that the king accessible had no tub and the only room they had with a tub was a double queen. Not a big deal till I found the tub was tiny. Otherwise not a bad stay. Nice hotel. But unhappy I was stuck in a double queen room that didn’t have the tub I saw in the pictures

Carolyn at the Hilton was incredibly helpful. She and her manager were excellent in resolving some booking issues. I will definitely contact Carolyn for my next stay at this beautifully appointed Hilton property. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. Santiago, our waiter, was friendly and attentive.. Will definitely stay again..

Well my family and I had to ask for more blankets because the heater in the room was blowing out nothing but cold i even had one of the staff come up and look at it and it was broken so we had to sleep in the cold all night i am VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THAT. I WOULD LIKE IT SOMEONE FROM EXPEDIA WOULD GET AHOLD OF ME ASAP!! I WANT REIMBURSED OR SOMETHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT!! My family and i are very much disappointed about having to sleep in the cold.
