Wonderful Place But...
Enjoyed our stay. Very hospitable, friendly staff. Nice room. Very comfortable. Only negative was the Concierge was pretty high pressure in trying to talk us into some type of time share. She was a bit too pushy and persistent.

Not so great
Joel checked us in and was very helpful. The room was in a hole so the view from the patio was a dirt wall so no view at all. The room was very small. The neighbor upstairs walked very heavy so that sound would wake you up. The two receptacles in the kitchen area did not work so I had to plug the coffee pot in at the side table. It just seemed old and not so great for a resort. And the pool and hot tub area was under construction so we could not use that,

Beware the hidden, unnecessary $200 deposit.
The room was acceptable but a bit pricey given its averages. If the resort can charge an extra "resort fee" they should include it up front in the price you expect to pay, also they should be more direct in showing they are charging an unnecessary $200 deposit per room. The only extraordinarily good thing I can say is that the front desk personal were all outstanding.

We had a wonderful time in Sedona. The Bell Rock Inn is in a great location-- easy drive to restaurants, grocery store and hiking. We loved the cozy room that included a kitchen, eating area, separate sleeping area and private patio.

Not again
Horrible bed. Hard as granite. For there and the dishwasher was beeping. Took us half an hour to figure out what was wrong with it. Microwave didn’t work. Must have been 20 years old. It was clean but we were told immediately upon payment when we checked in there would be NO daily housekeeping…..period. We were on vacation so I didn’t really want to take the time to make beds and clean bathroom. Then we kept getting texts to call if we need anything. Kind of a joke.
