Very Disappointing Hotel Stay
My room was in extremely poor condition. Although management claimed that renovations were underway, I saw no evidence of this. The bathroom was particularly unhygienic—the bathtub was dirty and stained, while the floor tiles’ grout, which should have been light grey, was nearly black. Several fittings were loose on the walls, and the shower tap was loose, allowing water to enter into the wall.
On the first day of our stay, my wife suffered from food poisoning and required medical attention from a nurse. As compensation, the hotel offered us six complimentary breakfasts. However, given our experience, we were unwilling to risk further illness and chose to dine elsewhere instead.
Additionally, we prefer having breakfast in our room, but this hotel does not offer in-room breakfast service, which was an inconvenience.
Overall, our experience was disappointing, and we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service.
