Ok place for the price and 1 night.

Older hotel with no upgrades at all. One very thin blanket on a super hard mattress. Room was super dark, floors were dirty. "Breakfast" was very unappealing egg and cheese omelets, dry cereals, and some very stale muffins and bagels. Would not stay here again.

Decent option for an overnight ski trip. Nothing fancy about this place, and it’s dated/worn. The location right off I70 makes this ideal with quick access to various resorts. Their are also several restaurants near-by, but no food on the property.

My overnight stay at the Ramada in Frisco, Colorado, was fine. The physical plant was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The bed was firm, but still comfortable. I always have trouble sleeping the first couple of nights that I'm in Summit County regardless of where I stay because of the lower oxygen level in the air at that high altitude, so I don't think that my sleeplessness was related to the bed, but to the oxygen level. The "free" breakfast was about average, certainly nothing to differentiate it from almost any other "free" breakfast offered by any other comparable lodging option. The staff with whom I interacted were friendly and helpful, something that is often taken for granted by tired travelers. I'll grade the lodging at a strong B+/A- level, a better "free" breakfast might have earned a higher grade from me, but to earn an "A" the organization has to go above and beyond 'cause I believe that excellence is a high bar that is seldom actually reached.

Alex, the manager could not have been more hospitable, even after a broken hip. Friendly, professional, cared about the quality of our stay. Being treated as a guest vs. a visitor makes all the difference.

We had a nice 2-night visit. Everything was clean and the breakfast was hot. We utilized the common space for family games too. This hotel is close to skiing and the price was right.

Very subpar. Front desk was not friendly at all, breakfast is never ready at advertised hours, beds are uncomfortable, door doesn’t close properly, rooms are small and the place is very dated. We actually left 2 nights early even though we prepared .. we hated it that much. We don’t recommend it.

Overall, this is an okay hotel to stay at. The bad: Paper-thin walls, a sagging mattress, and an older HVAC system. The good: great location, fast check in, good water pressure.

Good enough but little privacy due to hearing every word from next door guests conversations.

Nice reasonably priced hotel in Frisco. Easy access to I-70 and good breakfast. Clean but a bit older hotel. Two stars off because the water was off from 3:30 until about 8:00 pm during our stay, with no hot water until 10:00 pm. Not great for showerng after a day skiing! I hope this is a one-time event but read other reviews to see if it's an ongoing problem.
2-night family trip

The room is excessively small. It has a tiny desk, but working there is nearly impossible due to the lack of space. I am allergic to dust and mites, and staying in the room was unbearable because of my constant nasal congestion and sneezing—clear signs of how dirty the room was. There is a desk near the reception and a common lounge area. However, the night shift employee (an unkempt and extremely rude man) uses it to sleep, literally snoring the entire time. In the morning, I tried to find a place to work and used a table in the dining area. Without any consideration, the same unkempt employee rudely started yelling at me, telling me to go back to my room, claiming it was forbidden to work there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with dust allergies or those who need a space for remote work.

The property is not in good condition. Our room was tiny. However, we want to thank Tucker at the front desk for going out of his way when our car battery died. Tucker is a great person to have at this hotel.

The room is small but had a great view, very clean, and had everything g I needed for one night except a refrigerator. Very comfortable bed, good shower and very convenient to everything. And, a nice selection for breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was fine for what it is. Older and worn. We checked in and stayed out as long as possible, returning only to shower and sleep. The heat in our room wasn’t working well and even at 88°, we never got warm. Left first thing in the am.
