Great location, beautiful area. Staff were fantastic. Only downsides I can really think of were not much actually parking for guests on site unless you pay for valet, and breakfast was a bit confusing. You either pay for continental (doesn't include hot foods) or for full.

In particular the Nepalese head of the restaurant was delightful - she was so helpful. Our only thoughts were the corridors to the bedrooms seemed very dated not the usual standard for Novotel .

This is still the safest bet in Hamilton for a business hotel. It is not run down in any way. But it does looked dated - a 90s design ethos. My only real complain is the food, which is bland and unsophisticated. They could really do with some excellence in the kitchen.

The air-conditioned unit needs some attention, very hard to get it to cool. Pillows could do with an upgrade. In the dining area, listening to an Asian man yelling at his staff was not good. Items also missing from the meals which had to be asked for.
